Fundamentally, we make every effort to get every item to you safely; we pack our items according to the value/fragility of the item being sent.
All items that end with a value of £10 or more will be sent recorded delivery (I will include this in the final invoice) this is due to an increasing number of dishonest buyers of late.
I always get proof of posting for all items.
Items paid for by cheque will be sent when cheque has cleared.
I post 2/3 times per week (usually Monday & Friday)
We unfortunately do not refund the cost of return postage.
