 Here is a very nice pair of solid 14k white gold earrings for a child with posts for pierced ears. These earrings feature 3mm round faceted CZs in 4-prong settings. The posts are threaded and the backs are push-on screw-off. You push the backs on like regular friction backs, but they have to be screwed off. They will stay more securely on a child's earlobe.
