J. Bunnett was probably from a wealthy English family. From the
quality of his mounts
(look at the formalin mounts almost 100 years old) it appears that his
personal passion was to
mount and collect microscopic specimens. He was a good friend of
W. Harvey, Eastbourne as many of his slides credit him as the
individual he received the specimens. Many of these slides bear his paper
label with his name on it.
We are selling a very large antique slide
collection over the next six months, of which there are nearly 1000+ slides.
