Shipping & Handling Information:

We offer flat rate shipping to Worldwide via Hong Kong Post International Air Mail, usually take 7 - 12 business day. Shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, and will be added to the invoice during checkout. We will process and ship your order within 3 business days after confirmation of your payment. If you checkout Sunday through Thursday, Giftsdoor will do its best to process your order the next business day. If you checkout on Friday or Saturday, Giftsdoor will process your order on Monday or the next business day. Order is not processed for shipment on weekends or holidays.
We offer combined shipping rate for 10% off of total shipping cost for combined order. Only one checkout will be required for all items. Please be advised that we will send you new invoice with combined discount after check out. You can combine shipment for over 10 items per order after receive 20% off on shipping discount. For combined shipping for over 10 items and more, please contact customer services for special discount. Additional order discounts shown as follows:

If you need the item(s) to be sent to an address that is different from your Paypal address on file, you need to make the request in the MESSAGE SECTION when you make a Paypal payment. We will not send your item(s) to the address you requested if you make the request in a separate address.
Optional Insurance:

Insurance fee is OPTIONAL US$1.50 for all packages with under value of US$100. Please contact customer services for package with total order value more than $100.
Insurance is optional but highly recommended. Insurance will cover your shipment for the amount of your item against lost, stolen or damaged items during delivery. All orders with insurance will be came with status tracking number.
Return:

We offer replacement on defective items within 14 days warranty period. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within the warranty period and we will replace the defective item for you with a same item. The replacement is in the original box (new condition and undamaged) with all packaging material, accessories, and all else that came with it. Properly pack, insure, and ship your return by prepaid ground.
Please note return shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Buyer is responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We also suggest buyer buy insurance on shipping on all replacements.
If the returned goods are damaged during shipment, you are responsible for making a claim directly to your delivering carrier. Therefore, please retain all tracking/insurance information until we ship the new item or refund the purchase.
Please allow 10 business days and shipping time from the time we recieve the return for your return to be processed.
