Generally, we do not mail or ship items based on a flat rate charge. This saves our buyers from being charged unfairly, and prevents confusion in the case of multiple auction wins.
If payment is made using PayPal, the item will be mailed or shipped the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) that payment is received. If PayPal payment is received after 4:30 p.m. EST (M-F) or during a weekend or holiday, the item will be mailed or shipped the next business day.
Most light-weight items will be mailed using the US Postal Service. Our company policy requires that USPS Delivery Confirmation be arranged for all items mailed. Delivery Confirmation allows us to monitor the delivery status of packages, and helps in locating those that are lost or misdirected. Delivery Confirmation is free for items mailed Priority Mail. At your own discretion, you may elect to request we arrange insurance coverage.
For heavier items, we will compare prices between the US Postal Service and other carriers. Usually we use FedEx Ground Shipping as an alternative, but you may request another shipper.
Returns
If we have inaccurately described the item or it fails to meet - or operate in accordance with - our description, we will be happy to accept returns. You will have a three day inspection period on delivery of your shipment. It will not be possible to request the return of the item after the inspection period ends.
