We will ship all domestic orders by either USPS Priority Mail, USPS Express Mail, or Federal Express. 

International orders are shipped by either Federal Express, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. It is our choice of which carrier to use based upon our experience with that particular carriers reliability in your area.

International Buyers Please Note:  Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Domestic: $1 for each additional tie, belt, accessory item / $2 for each additional shirt or pants / $5 for each additional pair of shoes or suit.

International: $2 for each additional tie, belt, accessory item / $6 for each additional shirt or pants / $15 for each additional pair of shoes or suit.

Insurance is an available option during checkout.

Local pick up is not available.

Sales of items $200 and over are eligible for return for refund. All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

You must return the item within 14 days of purchase for a refund. All returns must be sent back with a completed "Product Return Form".  Please contact us for this form and we will e-mail you a copy, which you must print, fill out, and return with your item. Failure to return your item with this form may prevent us from properly processing your return. Return shipping fees are only refunded in the event that the item is defective or shipped in error. Return items must be in the same, brand new, unworn condition as sent with all tags still attached.

Exchanges can only be made in cases of seller error.  Items can only be exchanged for the correct item in a case of incorrect item sent or for an identical replacement item in a case of damaged item sent.
