1576 Geneva Folio Bible Leaf/FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD>
This is a rare offering for an authentic Geneva Folio Roman Letter Bible Leaf printed by Christopher Barker, dwelling in Povvles Churchyard at the signe of the Tygers head in 1576 in good antiquarian condition. This leaf has verses from the Book of John chapters 1-3 and has the popular John 3:16(se scan below). This gift of all gifts God gave us is the "nutshell" of His Love, and yet indescribable in all of its entirety(2nd Corinthians 9:15)! This comes from the first year a Folio was printed in England, a rare offering. A Certificate of Authenticity will be furnished with each. Measures about 7" X 10" each.
