Auction merchandise is usually shipped within 3 business days after payment has been received and cleared (U.S. Money Orders and U.S. Cashier Checks may take up to 10 business days).
Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days within the continental United States. Holidays may delay delivery.
You will be notified by email to confirm your winning bid then again when your order has been shipped.

Combined Shipping Discounts |

To qualify for a combined shipping discounted rate on different auctions:
- All auction merchandise must be shipped to the same address.
- All auctions must end within a 3 day period (most of our auctions can be ended early by selecting the "Buy It Now" option).
- You must email us before the auctions close, since not all different auction merchandise can be combined into the same shipping container.
- Combined auctions must be paid together with one invoice.
When combined shipping is available we normally charge the full amount of the highest shipping fee and then only $3 for each additional auction item(s). We will provide you with a combined invoice.

Refund Policy |
Please contact us by email within 3 days after delivery if you receive defective merchandise or merchandise damaged during shipment, otherwise, all sales are final.
We will gladly replace any defective merchandise. The auction merchandise must be returned to us within 14 days after we have been notified by email and have authorized the return.
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the carrier and we will gladly assist you with filing a claim.
- NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

Product Availability |

All of our merchandise are in stock at the time they are listed. However, due to the high demand of some products, on rare occasions some products may be depleted due to inventory fluctuations beyond our control. If this were to happen, you will be notified immediately by email.
If no payment has been made you will have the option of waiting for the product to be restocked, select a different merchandise of equal value or consider the auction null and void.
If payment has been made you will be issued a full refund, including shipping and handling charges, in the form of your original payment.
