My wife has had this button for over 30 years and not sure what its original use was for. It measures 16" across and is in pretty good shape for its age. It is metal and has a sticker on, what I think, is the back side that says Underwriters laboratories inc. Electric sign. There is one hole in the middle and 4 slots on the outside as shown in the pictures.The print that says "reg u.s. pat.off. must have been applied twice as you can see how it is blurred.

I only ship through UPS and to the United States. Buyer pays actual shipping charges from UPS.
