Montgomery Saddles and Tack provides quality horse tack, saddles and a wide variety of equestrian supplies to destinations worldwide.

We currently accept Paypal, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. Payment must be received within 7 days to secure your order and to avoid any non-payment disputes. Your order is subject to sale at any time after 7 days if payment is not received.

Shipping

Montgomery Saddles and Tack is not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected parcels once it leaves our facility unless otherwise determined by Montgomery Saddles and Tack. 


We ship FedEx and US Post Office for domestic destinations including Alaska and Hawaii. 
A tracking number will be provided for all FedEx shipments. Items shipped via US Post Office will be assigned a shipping number. This number only tracks major shipping events. Please keep this in mind when attempting to inquire with your shipping number.  


Second Day or Next Day shipping items should be confirmed with Montgomery Saddles and Tack before purchase to assure availability and arrival time. 



 
International Shipping


We ship worldwide to any destination.  We provide all necessary customs clearance declarations with your package. 
International items are shipped US Post Office Priority International.  A shipping number is provided upon dispatch.  This number only tracks major shipping events. Please keep this in mind when attempting to inquire with your shipping number.  


Montgomery Saddles and Tack cannot determine the specific fees associated with customs in every country. In most cases there may be a small duty or tax associated with the import of goods to your country. This fee varies from destination, price of goods purchased to the ammount and/or type of product imported.  Any additonal taxation or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns

RETURNS OR REFUNDS:


Returns are accepted in the original condition, unused and in the same condition as received. 
*A refund of the invoice price minus shipping cost and 15% re-stocking charge will be issued. 


*Returns must be returned to Montgomery Saddles and Tack within 7 days from date of receipt. 


*Returns outside 7 days will be arranged for exchange only as determined by Montgomery Saddles and Tack. 


*Shipping is a 3rd party service and not a tangible item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless otherwise determined by Montgomery Saddles and Tack. 


*Refunds may take up to a minimum 10 business days to process. (Business days are M-F)


*The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for sufficiently packing and insuring returned items unless otherwise agreed upon by Montgomery Saddles and Tack. 




EXCHANGES:


*Exchanges are welcome for any item in its original condition, unused or in the same condition as received outside of the 7 day return policy. 


*The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. This includes any additional re-shipping expense for the newly exchanged item. This expense will be determined by Montgomery Saddles and Tack.


*If the exchanged item is less than the original item, the difference will be credited back as the same payment type received, unless otherwise determined by the buyer. We do not issue or maintain customer credit for future purchases.
