Lakehouse Bright Quilt Quilting Fabric Fat Quarters (FQs)

This auction is for a  16 fat quarters - there are a couple of duplicates (see pictures) + Free Kimono Pattern!

A fat quarter is approximately 18" x 22".

 
This is top quality 100% cotton quilting fabric from one of the current premier makers of quilting fabric.
 
Normal retail is at least $10/yard - so this is $40.00 worth of fabric.

In addition, I will include my Lakehouse Kiko's Kimonos pattern as a free gift, another $7.95 value.

This is the last of the fabric I have in this collection, offered at a great price!  I am moving and must sell this fabric.

You will receive the exact 16 fat quarters shown below.  Great for fat quarter swaps or gifts for quilting friends!

All fabric is from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
