Press the “TC” (temperature control) button, after the heater is working, the temperature of the water can be reached up to 65 degree in Celsius, then the heater automatically shuts off.
Press “SET” button, choose one cycle from 280/380/480 seconds, then press “ON” button, the unit starts to work for enhance cleaning. |

Put a little liquid wash soap or ammonia to enhance cleaning
This can be used to clean the knife, fork, spoon with too much oiled dirt.
Put the item on the mesh screen, and then put the mesh screen into the stainless steel tank. Keep the item immerged in the water.
Add 1 spoon of liquid soap (about 4 ml).
Press “SET” button, choose one cycle from 280/380/480 seconds, then press “ON” button, the unit start to work for enhance cleaning. |

Strengthened cleaning for cleaning oiled dirty parts
This can be used to clean pneumatic valve, hydraulic directional control valve, fuel injection precision gear driving sets and bearings with too much oiled dirt. This cleaning method is actually the method 2 plus 3 above.
Put the item on the mesh screen, and then put the mesh screen into the stainless steel tank. Keep the item immerged in the water.
Press the “TC” (temperature control) button, after the heater is working, the temperature of the water can be reached up to 65 degree in Celsius, then the heater automatically shuts off.
Add 1 spoon of liquid soap (about 4 ml).
Press “SET” button, choose 480 second cycle, then press ”ON” button, the unit start to work.
For sterilizing purpose in cleaning dental or tattoo equipment
Add about 5-10 ml of lotion with function of sterilization into the tank, Restart the unit and set the working cycle as 90 seconds. |
