This Card the same as new, it was purchased in bulk... only with the clear plastic carrying case.   These are what they call spills... any card that does not make a clean packaging run on the assembly line... cards that are in boxes that have not sealed or packaged right, cards removed during jams and malfunctions in the packaging process are all placed in the spill bens and can not be reclaimed or repackaged as main first run cards... instead they are stripped on any packaging, (except the clear plastic case) and sold in bulk to SanDisk resellers as spills.  Then they are all tested, inserted into a card reader to check to see if it is working properly.  This is how they get the track, (a insert scratch) on the brass contact on the back of the memory card.    For that reason these can not be sold as new... while they have never had pictures or information stored on them and some of them you could not tell that they have ever been inserted into a reader at all.

     But if you are the least bit hesitant about this sale... please know that I fully guarantee your complete satisfaction upon inspection and trying them out. I will take returns and give complete refund including postage for the return, if you are not satisfied in every way.
