1. Our refund policy is 14 days. That means you must have the item postmarked for return, 14 days after receipt of delivery. No refunds after 14 days. Sorry no exceptions.
2. Items returned are subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Items shipped with free shipping are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This restocking fee covers depreciation, and the non-recoverable costs of completing the transaction (Ebay fees). We are sorry, but Ebay doesn't refund these costs for returned items, and the nature of the auction listing doesn't allow for us to pass these costs along via pricing, so it has to be done per transaction.

Refunds & Returns
Refunds are given for items that are damaged, or items the buyer is not completely satisfied with. Buyer must notify seller within 14 days of receipt of delivery to qualify for a refund. A Return Authorization # will be given to display on the outside of the package.
Item must be in new or like new condition, and must include all original packaging materials, to qualify for a refund. Any missing items will void refund, and are subject to a $20.00 charge.
Items should be shipped backed using a trackable system, UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Seller is not responsible for lost or damaged items returned for refunds. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund will be given as money back, and will be refunded by Paypal (if paid by Paypal), or by check if paid by check.
Items shipped with free shipping are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. All other items are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.
