This fake plug gives the illusion of wearing 2Gauge (6.0mm) plug without having to actually enlarge your lobe but the shaft is only 16 gauge or 1.2mm (standard ear piercing).  The plug is made of the finest 316L Nickel Free Surgical Stainless Steel stem and Black Powder Coated Surgical Steel with o-ring for best fit on your ear.  This is very easy to use just unscrew the end off and you put it thru your lobe and screw the end back on to complete the insertion.
