PAYMENT  Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, but we also accept money orders / cashier's checks and personal checks. Payment is due within 5 days from the close of the auction. Please make sure you include your name, address and eBay auction number if you are mailing your payment.

               SHIPPING  Usually we ship the next business day but not more then five days of receiving cleared payment to a physical address within the lower 48 states only . We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and no international shipping. Handling fee and tracking number are included in the shipping cost. 

            FEEDBACK  As a seller, we appreciate your positive feedback. We will gladly return the courtesy. If you have a problem or concern, please contact us ( e-mail ) immediately rather than thru the feedback system. We will always do our best to make the customer happy.

               RETURN POLICY  We do our best to present accurate, detailed information about every item we sell. But if for some reason you feel the item is not as described  we will accept returns if you contact us ( e-mail ) within 3 days of date of delivery confirmation.The package  must be sent back within 14 days from delivery date at your expenses, fully insured and in exactly same condition as was sent to you including the original packaging. We will give you full refund less shipping charges. If you do not e-mail us within 3 days or the item and the packaging are not in the same condition, the item is not refundable!
