Again, these lots are pre-packaged and already sealed, so I cannot tell you the exact mix of entrees you will get. Each box contains:

• 7 or 8 pasta with beef, 7.5 oz each 
• 2 or 3 tomato corn chowder, 7.5 oz each
• 4 to 5 black beans with rice, 1.7 oz each
• 2 or 3 other flavors***

***the other flavors include (dinner items)***

• 1 or 2 mac & cheese with beef, 2.1 oz each
• 1 or 2 three-cheese pasta with chicken, 2.38 oz each

I just bought this food in October. It is all FRESH. Expiration dates are 2010 (april and august, to be exact). Thanks!

I have several customer that ask me to do custom orders on certain items (for example: pop tarts, nutrisystem food, and seasonal items). If I can find it for you, I would love to put together a custom package with you in mind. Email me with questions. Thanks a lot!

I also do custom nutrisystem packages. Email me for a listing of all my items. Tell me what you want and I will put together a special box just for you. If the box still has space available, I will contact you to see if you want to add any additional items. Once I fill your box, I will post it as buy- it- now and send you the item number. This saves you money, b/c we can ship all your desired items in a flat rate box. Shipping for a custom order, in a large flat rate box, is ~ $11 to $15.

I can combine shipping on most listings, but not all. I do my best to accommodate for combined shipping whenever possible on items paid for on the same invoice. Due to packing limits and shipping prices, larger shipments may be sent other than 1st class mail in order to keep costs down. Thanks!

Due to the nature of this auction, I can only accept returns if the listing is inaccurate. Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have. I get to my computer usually at least 5 times a day- many times up to 15 or more. And I am up late, often until 1 or 2 am (EST).

I strive to provide 5-star service on all transactions. As a power seller, 5-stars help me keep my prices as low as I can because I get a "final fee" discount for great DSR reviews. Please leave 5 stars for me. If you don't think I deserve a 5-star rating in all 4 categories, please contact me through e-bay email or at JennKellar@aol.com so we can fix the issue.

Most of my items are NEW and those descriptions are taken directly from the packaging. Any used items will be marked as such, with descriptions detailing any possible concerns. I also try to provide lots of pictures to show as much detail as I can. If you have questions, please email me. I get to my computer often- several times per day, at the very least.

I also attempt to email all customers at least one or two times. Especially to let you know your package has been mailed. So, communication is important to me.

As far as shipping charges are concerned, now that I have been doing this for a bit of time, I finally have most things down to a science. If you buy/win multiples, I am happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Preferably, these will be paid for on the same invoice, because I pay a fee (flat rate + a percentage) to pay-pal every time you make a payment to me. Also, if you buy enough items to fill a flat rate box, small, medium, or large, I will use that if shipping is cheaper, to save you money. But if you are overcharged by a great deal, please allow me to send an adjusted invoice, or I will send a partial shipping refund (after I ship your items). I will email you after I do this.

And finally, shipping time has always been important to me. I live in a suburb of a large city. Available mailing times are 24/7 (unless it's an International address, APO/FPO, or media mail). Some mailings are done same day. A lot of mailings are done next day. All mailings will be done within 3 days. But most are within 1 or 2 days after cleared payment has been received.

Please remember, when you have an option for shipping method, media mail and parcel post may be cheaper, but they also tend to take more time for delivery. Please keep this in mind when leaving feedback.

And also keep in mind, mistakes may happen. I am only human. To date of writing this, I have mailed 600+ packages in about 4 months. I think we have only had 2 or 3 errors on my (and my help's) part.
