Rare:  This publication is seldom seen on the antiquarian book market.  I purchased this book at an auction here in Pennsylvania.

Condition:   Nice Condition:  No library or institution markings. The pages have some dampstaining which show as a light tan-colored stain. Book lacks the blank endpapers.  Three leaves have a chip off the fore-edge, affecting some text. The foot of the cover's spine is chipped.
