Detail
The map is very detailed, and shows the country of Scotland. A decorative title cartouche is featured. Town names, mountain ranges, lakes and border detail are also shown.

Printing Method
The map is a strongly defined copper engraving. Printed on thick hand made, chainlinked paper featuring a plate mark. Centrefold as issued.

Condition
The map is uniformly age toned with no foxing or holes. Very light surface soiling to the margins. A 1cm split with no loss to the bottom margin along the centrefold - not entering the image. Light browning to the edges. Overall good to very good condition.
