      This very nice map is in excellent condition [i.e., clear and clean image, nice margins, no bend, no tear, and slight but even age toning].  Narrow margins as issued, the  map is nearly flawless with no apology. Description:

      This very interesting map of the River Torridge between Bideford [note the spelling variation in the title] and Appledore was published in the November issue of London Magazine in 1754 [one of the early maps published in this famous magazine]. Decorated with a nice compass rose and a tree cartouche, it showed the waterway and the important 18th century seaport in great details with some very interesting notes on the map.
