Source of These Marbles

• These marbles are all from my private collection and inventory. There are no consignments here.
• A number of people have emailed me asking why I am selling my collection. For the past year I've been working as Director of Financial Operations and Planning for the East Region of a $2 billion NYSE-traded corporation. In a consolidation move, the Region level was eliminated in January. I was offered the CFO position in Philadelphia, but did not want to move my family and turned it down. While I am looking for my next position, I have decided to take this opportunity to shed inventory and to pare down my collection. This is not a reflection of my outlook on the market for marbles in general, but rather I have the opportunity to do it now and don't know when I'll have this free time again.

Shipping

• Buyer pays the cost of shipping with insurance for shipping WITHIN the United States.
• Insurance is required on ALL purchases shipped within the United States.
• All shipments carry a delivery confirmation or tracking number.
• Shipping outside of the Continental United States WILL cost more than the above stated amount.
• Shipping outside of the United States DOES NOT carry insurance or a tracking number and is solely at the BUYER'S RISK. I can provide you with the US Customs Service serial number on the package, if you want it. If you want tracking on an international shipment, you will have to use USPS Global Express shipping.
• I combine and discount the shipping on multiple wins shipped at the same time.
• If you require your win to be sent by a carrier other than USPS (UPS or FedEx, Next Day or Two-Day), then contact me prior to bidding so that I can quote you a rate and a time frame for shipping.
• Shipping generally occurs within 48 hours of cleared payment (unless I am out of town, or on a project at work) for Priority Mail shipments. First Class Mail may take a couple of days longer.

Guarantees

• This lot is guaranteed to be as described in this listing.
• It can be returned by notifying me within three (3) days of your receipt.
• I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. I am not perfect and occasionally make mistakes. If the problem is due to grading, then I'll reimburse you for the return shipping.
• My return rate in the past has been about 1 lot for every 800 sold (that's about 1/10 of 1%).

• I accept payment for online purchases via personal check, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) via AuctionCheckout.com (Pay for this auction via AuctionCheckout.com), bank transfers or money orders.
• As with many sellers, I WILL NOT ACCEPT Paypal. If you want to use a credit card, then you can use AuctionCheckout.com. I am a verified seller with Authorize.net, and you are protected by your credit card issuer, just as with any other credit card purchase. AuctionCheckout.com is an authorized Ebay third party and your payment appears immediately in the Ebay tracking system.
• Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. If you can not pay in this time frame, please do not bid.
• I do not accept checks or money orders from bidders outside the USA.
• ALL payments are to be in US funds ONLY, drawn on a US bank.
• Items paid for by personal check, cashiers checks, bank checks or any other method that must clear the bank will be held until cleared. All others are generally shipped within 48 hours.

International Orders

• I have been shipping internationally for over 10 years
• I have shipped to almost every country in the world with very few problems. However, I will not insure packages outside the Continental United States unless they are sent via USPS Global Express.

Other Notes

• Yahoo Email: I use Yahoo for my email. It's not perfect. If you think you should be getting an email from me, and don't hear from me, email again. I respond to all email that I receive. If you don't get a response from me, your email got lost, email me again. Yahoo does send some email to the Spam file. If you don't hear from me and you think you should, then email me again, or better yet, use Ebay messaging.
• Ebay Messaging: If you have any questions, I prefer that you send them through Ebay messaging. Just click on the "Ask Seller a Question" button on the listing. I review and respond to Ebay messages at least once a day, usually more frequently.
• Your Ebay Email Address: In the past, I have had many emails returned to me because Ebay users have not updated their email addresses with Ebay. If you change your email address, update it on Ebay. I can't contact you if Ebay does not have a correct email address.
• Non-Paying Bidders: Please do not bid on this item unless you intend to pay for it. If you haven't paid for your winning items within 14 days of the auction date, I will automatically send a Non-Paying Bidder notice to Ebay. Please pay for your items promptly.
