This listing is for 1600 pieces, plus 10% (roughly 160 spare pieces) of mixed ceramic mosaic tiles!

This amount of tiles is enough for your to make your own 40cm x 40cm mosaic artwork based on any image of your choice.

This is how it works, the winner of this auction will need to send me an image of the desired artwork. We will then scan the image into our special system which will calculate which colours are needed to create the final mosaic artwork. Usually several final mosaic designs are produced, we will email you images of these designs to make sure you are happy with the colours and to choose the final design. You will then be delivered the exact tile colours required and you can begin to make your artwork. If you wish to change the colours or modify the design in any way; this is also possible and I have included the colour chart incase you wish to swap some colours around. This auction is totally unique and you will have hours of delight putting your artwork together when your tiles arrive.

DIY EASY 10 STEPS

Step 1: Assemble all of your tiles according to the colour chart provided. Separating the colours into common shades will aid with assembly. Place your tiles onto a large flat surface, working on a single row at a time and following your colour chart.

Step 2: Place another large flat surface of similar size over your completed design, the idea here is to sandwich your tiles between these two surfaces.

Step 3: The lid is now firmly pressed down.

Step 4: Using both hands for a secure grip, flip your mosaic artwork over.

Step 5: Lift away the base to reveal the underside of your tiles.

Step 6: Place some glue into a tray, taking care not to place too much into the tray. Place your netting over this layer of glue in the tray.

Step 7: Using an old paintbrush, simply paint the netting with more glue until all of the netting is well coated. Take care to not drench the netting, as this may seep through to the front and create lumps on the surface of your tiles.

Step 8: Place the netting over the back of your tiles taking care to line up the edges so its square.

Step 9: Paint some further glue over the top of the netting to make sure all tiles come in contact with the adhesive.

Step 10: Place your artwork in a sunny position to dry. Place the artwork in the sun with the back facing up so as the adhesive on the netting has the best chance to dry. You will know when its dry as the glue dries completely clear.

Congratulations your finished! Your artwork is now ready to be framed or mounted on the surface of your choice.
