Self contained FIRST volume of the Bibliothèque de Campagne with following historical novel:
"Histoire secrette de Jean de Bourbon. Seconde partie" presumably by Marie-Catherine Le Jumel de Barneville, Baronne d'Aulnoy (1650/1651-1705). She was a French writer known for her fairy tales. When she termed her works contes de fée (fairy tales), she originated the term that is now generally used for the genre.
"Zeneyne, fragment" attributed to Antoine Bauderon de Sénecé ; "Le Kaïmak. La confiance perdue, ou le serpent mangeur de Kaimak, et le Turc son pourvoyeur. Fable Turque." both novels by unknown author.
