These items are designed to be used by children 8-11 yrs. and Collector/Hobby Toys 

Description: Handsmocked White with Pink Ribbon Rosebuds (2 pcs.)

Dress is basic square yoke. Fabric is white batiste piped at the neck and yoke bottom in white, with short puffed set-in sleeves. Back yoke extends to the gathered waist and has belted back with two white button closure. Back has three 3/8" white button closure. Dress includes elastic gathered waist half-slip, bottom edged with lace (not shown).

Smocking design starts with one row of cable stitches (light blue) at the top. Light blue baby waves stitches on the next two rows. The next two rows are white baby waves stitches with 1/8" white ribbon weaving through it. Next row is light blue baby waves followed by two rows of light blue 3-step trellis waves. Next row light blue baby waves followed by white baby wave stitches with 1/8" white ribbon weaving through it. Last row is light blue cable stitches. The center diamond row has light pink 1/8" satin ribbon rosebuds with light green embroidered leaves.
