RETURNS POLICY:

 

At Applam Massage Essentials we appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, however you are not satisfied please return the product within 7 days of receipt, and we will either EXCHANGE your item or offer MONEY BACK (via PayPal ) minus the original shipping and insurance costs ( Factory seconds/4th quality Anatomical Models i.e Skeletons, Skulls etc unfortunately are not accepted for returns. All sales are final for these items).

Please contact us at customerservice@applam.com for the RMA # and instructions before returning your item. The returning item must be fully INSURED to prevent loss or damage. The BUYER is responsible for the costs of shipping and insuring the returning item, and the cost of shipping the exchanged item. We will notify you once we have received and processed your returned item. All Items are subject to a 15% re stocking fee.
