Payment
Payment must be received within seven days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover closing fees.

Store Policy
Please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for all returns. The Chrome Room will not accept any returns without a valid RMA number.

Return Terms
Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
Returns are carefully inspected and must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Return Procedures
Please send an email to The Chrome Room@sbcglobal.net to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and include the packing slip and display the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.

- We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
- Merchandise should be carefully packed the same when as it was received insured for the full amount of purchase.

Shipping
All items are sent within 24 hrs. upon receipt of payment during normal business days. Normal shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. We ship to all U.S. Territories including; Alaska, Hawaii, Guam & Puerto Rico. We also ship WorldWide, international customers are responsible for any tariffs and fees.We will ship USPS to PO Boxes, APO / FPO and other US Military addressed destinations, whenever possible, an alternate address that USPS can ship to is highly suggested. Damages or lost shipments through USPS are the responsibility and the risk of the buyer. We offer expedited shipping, please contact us after your purchase to arrange for this service.
Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
