Hi there....dating between 1840 -1865, is the German made China head doll.

It is in the Greiner head style, hairstyle middle part, wavy on the sides with comb marks, high forehead - she is reference in several doll books - hard to find piece.

Measuring 17" tall, she has been re-dressed, but in the style of the period, with the mourning beads as well.

Under clothes has the hoop.

The should plate head is on a replaced cloth body and has the bisque legs and lower arms.

Blue eyes, with fine facial coloring.

Stunning antique doll of the mid 19th century.

This eyecatching piece would be great for the antique home decor, beginning collector, or veteran collection.

Doll stand included.

Double packaged when mailing.
