This 1807 Capped Bust Half Dollar is the O-112 50/20 Variety for this date, see the macro close-up I have provided. It grades VF-20. This is an original coin with a nice natural antique grey toning with some traces of color on the rims. The surfaces are nice, there are no heavy marks or hits... just a few tiny old toned over pin marks in the field in front of Mrs. LIBERTY that are seen with magnification and mentioned for accuracy. This is still a very desirable example of a very scarce and tough to locate variety. This was the first year of issue for Capped Bust Halves.
