All CDs are checked prior to leaving the shop. If your CD is faulty, it must be returned within 14 days from the date it is mailed for an exchange of the CD. If it is verified to be faulty a replacement CD will be mailed. If we find it is not faulty, the same CD will be mailed back to you. If you purchase insurance and the CD is damaged in transit to you, a replacement will be sent after the CD is returned and the postal claim is filed. |
