The dealer that I purchased this from has it graded VG-F but you be the judge, see photos.  

About 1/2rd of the hair detail shows, Full liberty on headband

Reverse  All letters  show but this might be a  weak strike The wreath is flat but well defined.    There are no damages and no corrosion

Coins of this  period are usually in poor shape and corroded, this is a  nice example of a type coin.
