PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
PAYMENT: Payment is due within 7 days of Auction end, unless other payment arrangements have been made. All payments must be made in US Dollars. I prefer Pay Pal (all credit cards or e checks ) .
SHIPPING: Ship within 1-2 business days. Shipping calculator will give you the shipping cost to your location. We ship USPS/UPS and use their calculator. But reserve the right to ship using an alternate company. We can use a different shipping method upon request.
Alaska and Hawaii: Shipping will be by USPS Priority Mail.
International customers-Choices are available on templates, and we always provide First Class shipping if it fits weight limits. Please send item #'s and your location in the e-mail.
All Tariffs, Duties and/or Taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be. We are NOT responsible for any delay caused by custom inspectors.
Combined Shipping Policy: Discounts are based upon the size and weight of the items purchased. Heaviest item first and then calculation formula is in place. Customer pick up available by appointment - please email for appointment .
Handling fees are on International packages at this time. It ranges from $1.25 to $2.00.
INSURANCE: Only on products we deem neccessary. It will be noted on template and included in handling charge.
Insurance on deemed items is $1.75 up $30.00 and $3.00 up to $50.00. Amount shows under
handling at the $3.00 rate and items at/under $30.00 will see discount amount to make
insurance correct at the $1.70.
TERMS OF SALE
RETURN POLICY: Please contact Vee's Boutique within 48 hours of receipt. Vee's Boutique offers a 7 day refund policy
- In ALL return cases: The buyer is responsible for the cost and handling of the return shipment with a 15% re-stocking fee. Item must be returned with all original parts, packaging, documentation, tags attached, etc. in undamaged condition. A refund of purchase price only will be issued once the item is received by the seller. Shipping, handling and insurance charges can not be refunded. IF item(s) were shipped FREE then actual shipping fees for shipping/handling will deducted.
There are some exceptions to returns--NO RETURNS ON INTIMATES or SWIMWEAR DUE TO SANITARY REASONS.
NO RETURNS ON SIZING ISSUES, BE SURE OF SIZES BEFORE BIDDING.
