If not for the cleaning, we could see this in an MS61 holder. RAZOR SHARP devices are fully rounded and almost entirely free from wear. Original luster shows throughout, and all features are crisp and clear, as struck. Only the slightest hint of friction on the curl behind the ear and tip of the cap, and then on edge of the eagles left wing and top of head--cabinet friction. At some point, this sharp, clean, virtually mint state coin was pulled out of storage and lightly cleaned, yet it shows only light hairlines under close scrutiny. Nicely retoned in pleasing golden grey hues with much of the original charcoal patina still remaining. This would be an easy slider AU58 without the cleaning.
