GRADING AND PRICING

Please check your price guides before bidding. Feel free to disagree with our grading and bid whatever you like. We usually post a good pic of each item we sell so we rarely have any returns. It is not possible to describe every mark on a coin so see the pic and email any questions before bidding.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We will reduce postage on multiple items so please check other items for sale. For coins, there is no charge for each additional coin.

We do not ship outside the United States.

PAYMENT

NY residents must add sales tax or submit a completed ST-120 resale form with payment if it is not already on file with us. Payment is due 7 days from auction close and after 10 days from auction close is considered late. All bidders are obligated to pay for their bids and placing a bid is a legally binding contract. We will pursue collection of all successful bidders to the full extent of the law, at the bidders expense. This includes all legal, collection, court, and any loss of sale arising out of failure to pay. The courts of Queens County, State of NY shall settle all disputes. Return privilege is void for late payments. We reserve the right to relist or otherwise void any sale if payment is not received within 10 calendar days of the auction end.

RETURNS

7 Day return (our postmark to your postmark) for any item NOT AS DESCRIBED. Slabbed coins (encapsulated by third party grading services) are not returnable under any circumstance. Postage fees for returned items are not refundable. Items removed from original holders are considered sold and not returnable under any circumstance. You must write first before returning any item. Please remember that this is not an approval sale. Return privilege is void for late payments.
