7 inches tall, 4.25 wide, with 179 pages plus an index and a fold out engraved plate which looks like dental diagrams of cattle.
The only other illustration is the fontispic, which shows cattle, sheep, goats and pigs, but I don't know if anything beside cattle is covered.

CONDITION Condition of the book is Very Good- leather covers are clean and still remarkably supple, but there is some heavy rubbing to the rear board, and some bumping and rubbing to the edges; gilt on spine and title plate are still intact and bright; spine is tight and hinges good; inside there is the former owners bookplate on the first endpage, but no other ink or writing inside; there is also a faint waterstain to the upper right corner of all the pages- see title page photo- but no is impaired at all; there is foxing, but it is only heavy on the first ten or so pages, otherwise it is very light and scattered, with many pages having almost none; almost no handling marks; the pages are still bright with very little fading. A remarkably well preserved book for its age. I think I've covered it all, but
