Payments by money order and PayPal will generally be shipped within two days. ITEMS SELLING FOR MORE THAN $ 20 AND PAID FOR BY PAYPAL MUST BE SHIPPED TO THE BUYER'S CONFIRMED ADDRESS. The cost for shipping this via USPS mail is set forth below. Post office delivery confirmation will be provided at no additional charge for all items selling for more than $ 25 (signature confirmation will generally be provided instead in the case of items selling for more than $ 200). Post office insurance, is extra ($1.50 per $50) and is at the buyer's option. Books and other publications will be mailed via post office media or bound printed matter mail.

Grading and Condition
The following is a guide to the terminology I use when describing or grading books, publications and ephemera:

Mint or Like New: An almost perfect item. If there is a flaw, it is so minor that it would not be noticed at all except upon very close inspection.

Excellent: An item that might have 1 or 2 minor flaws that are barely noticeable. There are no rips, tears, stains, folds, writing, or foxing and the covers and binding are tight.

Very Good: This is my description for books and publications that have been enjoyed as they were intended and which have normal wear for their age. The covers may have light soiling and/or the pages may have a small amount of creasing, light foxing or fading especially if the book or publication is very old (usually 100+ years for books and 40+ years for publications and ephemera). If the book has a dust jacket it may have a few small tears or minor rubbing.

Good: There are obvious flaws with more than normal overall wear, but it is clear the item has not been abused. I take age into account so a 100+ year old book that might be classified as Poor if it were only 25 years old, may qualify as Good. Obvious and significant defects will always be pointed out in the auction details.

Fair to Poor: An item that has major condition problems such as heavy foxing, mildew, a failed binding, torn pages or substantial damage to its covers. Obvious and significant defects will always be pointed out in the auction details.

General Notes: I tend to be a very conservative grader as indicated by my feedback. Please read all item descriptions carefully as many items will fall between levels or grades. A vintage item might still be collectible due to scarcity or extreme old age regardless of condition. It is up to you to determine the importance of condition to your own purchase decision; it is my responsibility to provide you with an accurate description.
