Mitchell’s Ancient Atlas, Classical and Sacred, Containing Maps Illustrating the Geography of the Ancient World. By S. Augustus Mitchell and published in Philadelphia by E. H. Butler, dated 1844 on the cover. Oversize hardcover measuring approx 12” by 9 3/4”. There are 12 hand-colored maps on 7 pages. Condition is very good.
