Offered is a wonderful Holy Bible from an estate. Published by Edward W Miller Phila, 1850. Containing the Old and New Testaments, Translated from the original tongues, and with the former translations diligently compared and revised; with Canne's Marginal Notes and References, to which is added an index; an alphabetical table of all the names in the Old and New testaments, with their significations; table of scripture weights, measures and coins. Some full page engravings, leather bound cover. No genealogy, family section blank, no names, other than inscription, researchers, please do not ask, we checked.

Good condition for age. Leather cover shows a fair amount of wear, including edges and corners. Frayed at head and tail. Good binding, some text edge wear, especially in front, book is musty smelling, some foxing, some browning, some page edge tears, well perused over the years, but still good. Inscribed ffep to Emeline Moore, Plattsburgh NY. It measures 9 1/4"w x 11 1/2" x 2 1/4". A nice find.

Shipping Time: We ship most items within 1 business day. We do not always ship on weekends, especially during summer, be aware of this. We do enjoy spending time with our family on weekends also. Sometimes we are on the road buying other items to bring to Ebay, in those cases, we may need an extra business day to get caught up. MEDIA MAIL, is cheap, but takes a lot longer. Sorry you get what you pay for, USPS controls time, which is usually a week+ in transit.

Multiple Purchases: We combine multiple purchases to save on shipping charges, provided we receive 1 lump some payment. Please do not complete checkout or use Paypal on individual items, if you are bidding or purchasing others. International shipments: will ship via US Airmail, surface post is no longer offered. We state actual end of auction price on Customs declarations and ship as commercial sample. This is the Law, do not ask us to break it. We require most international shipments to be insured and/or registered, thus causing higher shipping rates than you may receive from other sellers. If this is unacceptable, do not bid. We have had real problems shipping overseas with fraudulent transactions. This is the only way we will accept Paypal from abroad, as they do not offer sellers support from International buyers.

Shipping to Italy: Many items are banned, please check with us before bidding. 35% restocking fee for bids placed on banned items if you do not check with us first. Expect massive delays in ship time from Italian Customs. Shipping to Italy is worse than any other country, we have found.

Sales Tax: NY residents or NY shipping we must charge 8% tax. Please do not email and ask why. If you live in NY, you should already know the answer to that question (hint: highest per capita taxes in the land).
