Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The land was sold by John Kreichbaum,
Jacob Kreichbaum, Magdalena Kreichbaum and Catharine Wirt of Bethel
Township and Tulpehocken Township, Berks County. The land was sold to Daniel
Wirt of Bethel Township, Berks County.
The deed gives the exact location of the property, and its measurements.
The deed gives previous history of this property, including ownership
by Kreichbaum and Wirt family members.
The reverse side of the deed is a land transaction for the same 50 acres
of land in Bethel Township sold by Daniel Wert to Joseph Wert in 1852.
Condition: No library or institution markings. Paper only
has a few faint minor spots. Paper has no tears.
