THE FINE PRINT

1.  Instant payments accepted.  However we will sent a invoice just to make sure there are no errors, if you won more than 1 item shipping charges will be less.  See combined shipping # 3.

2. Insurance is no longer an option as before, to conform to ebay's new policy, the insurance is part of the shipping cost, which also includes handling costs.  Please keep in mind that the shipping cost includes all 3 items and may seem higher than it has been.  Unfortunately everything is going, postage and mailing supplies inclusive.

3. Combined Shipping is something you want to keep in mind.  It will save you money.  If you are bidding on more than 1 item, the cost of shipping will be reduced.  That amount is determined on what is purchased.  You still need to pay for the items you won, and let us know by message that you are bidding on additional items.  Items need to be purchased within a 7 day period to qualify for combined shipping charges. 

4. Communication is very important.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we will do everything in our power to work through any issues you may have.   Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority.

5.  We do our best to describe the item as it is.  Photos do not always capture the coin, but we will do our best to provide photos that show the items as it looks.

6.  Please message us after bidding to let us know if there are any circumstances that we need to know about prior to shipping.  Some items are sent Signature confirmation, which means you have to be at home to sign or you will have to go to the post office and pick up your item and sign for it, this can be difficult for some and just plain annoying for others.  Other items are sent delivery confirmation, if you have a safe place for the item, they can leave it at your address, if not you will get a notice to come pick it up or they will try to redeliver the following day.  Most items can be shipped in a padded envelope 4x7 or 6x9.  Sometimes boxes will be sent.  So let us know what we can do to make you getting your item a simple and pleasurable transaction for you.

7.  Items that are returnable are packaged a certain way to allow you to return the item.  When you get your item please note the requirements to return items.  You may not open the sealed item and handle and expect to return them.  You should be able to clearly see the item without opening it.  If the item is not as described or as you expected.  DO NOT OPEN THE SEALED CONTAINER.  Message us and we will do everything  to accomodate your issue.

8.  Items that are not returnable are not sealed the same.  However if you have an issue or problem with what you recieved please contact us immediately, as we want you to be happy with your purchase.
