Price quoted for shipping is the US rate. ABSOLUTELY NO FOREIGN SHIPPING -- I have been burned too many times with inaccurate shipping estimates from the US Postal Service. On January 17, 2008 I shipped a package that costs me $7.50 more than I was quoted ($30.50 instead of the $23 quoted) and the item I sold went for a closing bid of less than $5. I may as well have thrown the item in the trash.
