Vintage Nain c1960s hand knotted Persian rug best quality wool with natural silk
Nain has only emerged as a major weaving center in the last 50 years. Nain rugs and carpets were at one point early in the 20th century a type of Isfahan Rugs. These elegant carpets are produced in and around the city of Nain some 60 miles east of the enchanted city of Isfahan. Are mostly beige and blue with stunning silken highlights.
