Wisconsin State Sales Tax of 5.5% will be applied for all items picked up at our store or shipped within Wisconsin. If you have any questions, please email us before placing your bid. Remember your bid is a contract! If you have any questions about an item, please use the eBay messaging system to contact us prior to placing your bid. We do not retract bids on your behalf. If you retract a bid you are required to rebid at the reserve price or will be banned from all of our auctions. This is done to be fair to other potential bidders. We take our business very seriously and we make it our goal to protect not only the seller but the buyer as well. All bids are legal, binding contracts.

Handling Fee
Sell It All Online takes great care packaging every item and we do charge a handling fee to cover our costs of materials and labor. We are a business and these items are not ours and most items do not come with their original packaging. Materials we use are boxes, air bubble/paks, 1/2" bubble wrap, 1/16" bubble wrap, peanuts, foam wrap, 1/2" foam, 1/4" foam, printless paper and newspaper. All these items are very expensive to use but are used to make sure your item is received in the condition that you saw it in the pictures. We package very carefully and take the extra time because these are not our items. The handling fee is caclulated in the price of the shipping. We charge according to what it costs us to run a business and provide you with the opportunity to buy the items that may not be available anywhere else. Since all shipping costs are upfront on most items we list, if you feel the need to play games with the new feedback star system we will have no hesitiation on leaving you with a approriate feedback also since all costs are outlined before you bid. We do keep track of star averages after each feedback to determined how you specifically rated us on our service. Bid according to all costs involved with the purchase of the item, not just the price of the item. UPS and USPS charge according to the dimensional weight (size of the box) and not just the weight of the item. If your item comes with an original box, this box also will go into another box to protect the original box which will increase the cost of shipping the item.

All Domestic fees whether shipping or handling unless noted in the description are included in the calculated price provided by eBay.

Please Note:
Our shipping prices are not negotiable and our choice of carriers is not negotiable. As noted previously we do not package the items until after the item is sold, so if the item requires a different shipment method we will use it. The benefit of this is that if you do buy mutiple items we do combine shipping cost. We do not combine handling cost. We also do not require additional funds if we choose a different carrier than the one listed in the auction. We try to ship all items with 3-5 days. We are a 2 1/2 person operation so please be patient if your item does not go out right away although if your item has indicated that it has not been shipped within 7 days please contact us. We do not rush anyone items and there may be 40 other items that sold that same night as yours since all of our auctions end Sunday night at 8:00 P.M. Central Time.

We are sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes when an item is being sent via UPS. Please be sure to provide a street address in which we can ship your item. UPS Online does require a valid telephone number so please make sure your eBay account and or Paypal account is updated with this information. We only ship to the shipping address that you input. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses. Any additional shipping fees incurred will be required to be paid for by the buyer before the item will be shipped again. We provide tracking information and or delivery confirmation on all of our shipped items. If you do not receive an email that includes your tracking information, please email us to request the tracking and/or confirmation number.

Shipping insurance is required on all items. If the winning bidder does not provide payment for shipping insurance, the auction item will not be shipped and the winning bidder will remain responsible for paying for the winning bid plus all shipping, insurance and handling fees. The winning bidder is responsible for all shipping costs stated in the auction. If you bid and win an item, and you do not agree to payment for shipping, you will remain responsible for payment for purchasing the item. For shipments to Wisconsin addresses, we are required to collect 5.5% Sales Tax.

The shipping cost includes actual shipping cost through the carrier of our choice, packing, and handling fee for processing your item, all packing materials needed to safely and securely package your item and delivery confirmation. Shipping is determined by weight and dimensions of the shipping box, not of the actual item. We allow several inches around the item for proper packing cushion for adequate protection during transit. The items are not packaged prior to listing and will not be packaged until after the item is sold so our shipping costs are estimates and items that may take additional packaging or several boxes may be determined after the auction. If this is so, it will be listed in the description as "shipping will be determined/calculated after the auction is complete".

All UPS shipments will include a box fee (included in calculated cost) which depends on the size of the box.

Any item that exceeds UPS Online Shipping Maximum Value may have to be brought to the UPS Store to be shipped out and may require additional fees or specific shipping methods.
