Up for auction is very nice 1863 Artillery bit.  At first I thought it was a Cavalry bit but a good knowledgable friend corrected me.  This piece is in wonderful shape and still has a good portion of the tinning on it. this is an original and not a reproduction. As you can see the it is marked US and has full tinning in the mark.  There is no makers mark that I can see anywhere.  Excellent piece of Civil War history.  This is not a reproduction but the real deal.  Part of a collection of Civil War items I am purchasing.  I am starting low with no reserve and let the market determine value.  These are not my field of expertise but pictures should show all details.  Thanks for looking.  Buyer to pay $8.50 flat shipping by USPS Priority mail. International postage will be more.  Insurance extra if you want it.  Bid with confidence.  Check my feedback.
