Authentic 1863 Bank of Chattanooga, Tennessee $2 Bill

This is an original 1863 dated Civil War $1.00 note from the Bank of Chattanooga, Tennessee. It has the image of a steam train in the center of the note along with the “BANK OF CHATTANOOGA” wording below her. In the lower left hand corner it has the Chattanooga, Tennessee issue location and January 4th 1863 date. In the lower right hand corner it has the image of a blacksmith with his hammer. This note is in well circulated condition that displays well. The overall size of the note measures 6-5/8ths inches by 2-3/8ths inches. It comes in an acid free holder for preservation and display.
