Twenty Five Cents

Some folding/creasing to the left side of the note, a hole that is also visible towards the left edge, and a tear that is not visible in the photo affecting about half of the note in the center left. 

From our brief research this looks like the 3rd issue with the Secretary of the Treasury (1864) Fessenden.
