Superb, large antique 1874 handcolored map. The map is titled 1st Ward of Cleveland. The map shows named additions, named business and industry, named hotels, size of buildings, named railroads and large railroad areas, including round houses, Central Police Station, and much more. This is an antique from 1874, and is not a reprint or reproduction. The beautiful handcoloring on the map is period, this is before color printing was invented. The mapis printed on very fine thick paper.  The size of the map is 14.5" by 16". This would frame and display quite nicely. The map is in excellent condition. The map is from the rare 1874 Titus , Simmons and Titus Atlas of Cuyahoga County Ohio. Many fascinating period detials related to these areas in 1874. Winning bidder pays $3.75 shipping domestic, $4.00 foreign airmail.
