Check out my other items! this tureen bears the Haviland mark from the period 1876-1886. It has the rope handle design. It measures 7 5/8 inches across with the top off.The bowl portion has no chips or cracks and has strong gold gild. The top gild shows some weqr around the edge but is very strong.This piece has one chip under the point of the handle which I have tried to show in photo 3. Otherwise it is truely a wonderful piece.
