This 1878 antique stone litho is from the plat book for Moultrie County Illinois showing Maple Grove Illinois. This will be a charming print to frame there are lots of interesting details in this print. At the bottom the title is "Scenes on the Stock Farm of Wm. Baker, Sec. 10 Windsor Township Shelby County & Sec. 3 Whitley Township Moultrie County, Illinois". Depicted here is The Old Homestead, Tenant House, Residence From The Southeast, with lots of horses, Cows, Sheep, Chickens, and a child named Fred on a tricycle followed by his dog Friskie. Also Buggies, Wagons, and sleighs. A great piece of history for Moultrie and Shelby Counties in Illinois. The image size minus the margin is 10 1/4" x 16 3/4" with plenty of margin for framing.
