If you are the high bidder on more then one of my auctions please wait until I e-mail you an invoice so you can save on shipping. I will also add a tracking number for free for the U.S.A. bidders. This is a 1880's Sterling Silver Simons Brothers Co. Village Landscape Scene Thimble. In the apex (inside top) is the trademark for Simons Co. It is a shield in the shape of an upside down bell with an script S in the middle. The band has the scene of a village. There are trees, house, bridge, road, mountains, sky, and fence. There is a space for engraving. To the side is the size 7, and above this it is stamped STERLING. Below this is a scroll rim. There are no holes. I know it looks like dark spots on the thimble in the picture but there are no holes, and it is in round. The thimble is 3/4" tall, and the diameter of the opening is 9/16". The only thing I ask of the international bidders is that they please speak English and can communicate with me. I only speak English. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not including in the item price or shipping charges. It is the international bidders responsibility. Some of my items are Thimbles (sterling silver, gold, brass, advertised, scrolls, flowers, wedgewood, birchcroft, abalone, cloisonne, and more), Holders, Books, Pin Cushions, Baskets, Shuttles, and More Sewing Items. As far as shipping I will only charge you what the auctual shipping is plus .50 cents for packaging. I do ship First Class with USPS. I do advise that you buy the insurance. I accept Paypal for payment. I try to post new thimble auctions every Sunday, and mail your package on Thursdays. I will e-mail you when I mail your package. If you are the high bidder on more then one of my auctions I will combine them so you can save on shipping. I will leave feedback when I mail your item and as soon as you get the item I would appreciate it if you would do the same for me.
