Up for bid is this 1881 San Francisco minted Morgan Silver Dollar in an old PCGS "rattler" holder graded Mint State 65PL (Proof Like). Coins in "rattler" holders are believed to hold the greatest chance of a possible upgrade due to the fact that they were graded under stricter standards. These holders received the name "rattler" because they sometimes would rattle in the holders. This coin has a blue toned right side of the obverse and an immaculate reverse. High grade and key date Morgans are always a good investment due to their steady rise in value over the years. That along with the holder makes this coin highly collectable This coin would make a fine addition to any collection, and also a solid investment.
